Chloe Akrithaki

Chloe Akritaki is an artist whose main medium is photography. She was born in West Berlin in 1969. Daughter of painter Alexis Akrithakis and the cosmopolitan Fofi, she grew up among artists between Athens and Berlin. She studied photography, design, and new media at the Bildo Akademie and the Hochschule für Kunst und Medien in Berlin. She lives and works in Prague and Athens. Her work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. Since 2016, she has taken on the management and promotion of her father’s work, as well as her mother’s archive, through organizing exhibitions and producing publications.
